I ordered by dress there about 4 weeks ago. When I wentr back to inquir4e about having to colour changed from white to ivory, they refused to consider this. They're explanation was that the order had been placed with the manufacturer and could not be changed. Given that my wedding is not for another 7 months, and the dress delivery date not scheduled for another 6, I have a hard time belieeving that the dress is already in production. While pronuptia may have a reputation based on their selection, their customer service is whithout a doubt horrible.

Bought a 1500$ dress from them...

My wedding was cancelled and when I contacted them 2 months prior to the date the dress was supposed to arrive to look into options for cancelling the sale, I was treated like a liar, they accused me of trying to get a dress elsewhere... it escalated to the head office, where I sent a registered letter and offered to provide venue,photographer,etc proofs of cancellation, I was told there to get married so I don't lose any money from the dress...

BEWARE!!!!! Absolutely heartless company, not willing to help/partner.

Spread the news... we always think the wedding will make it all the way and most definitely to the actual day, but dealing with such horrible companies shouldn't have to happen when you have to deal with already so much from the rest...

  I have also had problems with this store. Daniella, do you have the number to the head office? The number on the website isn't working and the store is not helping me at all. This has been a terrible experience.

I received Excellent and Professional service! My bridal consultant, Mme, La France was polite, experienced and she Listened to what my needs were! She was very respectful of my budget and her overall aim was to ensure my happiness in chosing my wedding dress. She exercised sensitivity in ensuring that she included my mother in the process of my dress selection; as my style is 'just a little' different from my mothers' :).

Mme. La France was also knowledgeable on accessories (hair pieces,jewelery, gloves, veils etc..). I received great service from my bridal consultant and the other bridal staff/consultants. I would certainly recommended other brides to make a visit to this store.
