I've held elite/super elite statuses over the last decade and I thought I'd seen it all.

Apparently not.

Air Transat is the worst airline I have ever flown with. It's been frustrating from the beginning (selecting seats with an extended family trip) right to the end (my father in surgery and the airlines unwillingness to accommodate other than for a fee plus the reminders that I was almost outside the window to pay to select his seats).

The folks found a bag then lost it again (no worries, it only contained $1500 of electronics including camera, 2 iPod touches, 1 iPod shuffle, headphones, cables, etc!).

I've gotten nothing but terrible service. The 6 of us will never fly with them again.

MY LADY FRIEND AND I RECENTLY TRAVELED TO MALAGA CLUB CLASS. BOTH OF US WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED,BOTH GOING AND COMING BACK TO CANADA.AS I SAID THE CABIN CREW WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THANK YOU FOR AN EXCELLANT TRIP.

Toronto to Orlando package. Worst experience ever. Staff sent us to wrong check-in counter at airport. Promised hotel amenities did not exist. Rental car was not as promised. Hotel breakfast not edible. Hotel staff did not speak English. Room substandard.

We are in the process of initiating a 'Class Action' suit against the airline "Air Transat", the solicitors in charge of the case are citing: intimidation tactics at airports (particularily, London Gatwick Airport), overbooking, and several other issues. If anyone who has experienced inimidation, rascism, over zealous ticket takers or have seen how most non Canadian ticket agents within airports convey the message that whatever they say is truth and the customer is always wrong, please contact us at: 416 286 - 6158 in Toronto or =44(0)208 9405567. Please remember this is a class action suit with 8 plantiffs so far. If we can get more, it will be much better.
