"Unbelievably incompetent work; basic tasks seem too difficult for Dennis (proprieter and the only full-time employee) to carry out. Unreliable; doesn't stand by his work, doesn't return phone calls, and had to return three times to correct a very small, basic job. Not cheap, either."
