"Female emplolyee was quite rude and worked with a chip on her shoulder.....the bread itself was very airy (like wonder bread) - def. not like authentic rustic italian bread that other bakeries in bigger cities are known for. a big disappointment and would not recommend to anyone. based on the service alone, I will not be returning. miserable atmosphere. "

"This bakery has come back to Queen Street - with a new owner - and it's fantastic! The pastries are to die for - and the bread and pizza is soooo good for your soul! The owner/baker is my neighboor - and we often get treats on the weekend when she closes up shop...i have referred everyone i know to go there - it's really good prices! Great bakery..."

"I ordered a sandwich and the bread was hard as a rock and the egg inside smelled funny. Also to include the service was horrific because it took a couple inutes to give me a premade sandwich! I suggest not going here and mabye drop by for a washroom break. "
