I signed up with webserve and left for another host because they do not offer the 24 hour support they advertise. I could not get through by phone, and it was rare I could receive online support, instead having to wait for an email response that took an hour to next day....

I could not get through by phone, and it was rare I could receive online support, instead having to wait for an email response that took an hour to next day. I switched service within 2 months and they are trying to charge me for the remainder of the year. I would stay away from this company.

I registered a domain on friday at around 8 pm it is now paid by money transfer. It is now 24 hrs later and it is still not registered. I cannot get hold of them by phone or any of the support services they offer. Wow if I had gone with godaddy it would be almost instant....

I registered a domain on friday at around 8 pm it is now paid by money transfer. It is now 24 hrs later and it is still not registered. I cannot get hold of them by phone or any of the support services they offer. Wow if I had gone with godaddy it would be almost instant. I would cancel my money transfer but it will cost me another 5.00 on top of the already inflated price of 17.91 for a .com which include a cash grab fee of 3.00 for basic set up. What a load of crap. I will never use webserve again!

Just signed up last week for hosting sevices, including sharepoint. I have been calling asking for simple help...like, how come I can't use certain tools I paid for??? I have been told that someone would call me back (twice now) within 24hrs...

Just signed up last week for hosting sevices, including sharepoint. I have been calling asking for simple help...like, how come I can't use certain tools I paid for???

I have been told that someone would call me back (twice now) within 24hrs (first of all, I shouldn't have to wait 24hrs for a call back!), and no one has called after 3 days. When you call, you get some dimwit, saying, "I'm just handling overflow, and will get someone to call you back." I was also suppose to get an email with a trouble ticket number. nothing.

I am now a tad nervous about this outfit and I will be attempting to get my money back.

I am one to give 2nd and 3rd chances without a blink of an eye. But this company is either going to go under real soon, or is REALLY just a scam.

Absolutely the worst. Customer support, if one can call it that, is all canned replies telling the customer that they are stupid. It is impossible to speak to anybody. Quite sure this is run from a basement of a house and all they do is collect money. If you get mixed...

I have been with them for a while, I am running a web design company and hosting few hundred sites with them, tried every plan they have since each of my clients are on different servers, I admit there have been few problems on couple of their servers, but other than that...

I have been with them for a while, I am running a web design company and hosting few hundred sites with them, tried every plan they have since each of my clients are on different servers, I admit there have been few problems on couple of their servers, but other than that the service been great, you can't go wrong with the pricing either, I will highly recommend them to any one looking for a good reliable host.

This provider is suck! No response for any request at all. Even if there is a response, the responses you get are likely to be inaccurate. And when you call them, they will denial everything and blame the false on you. This is really really stupid customer services.

When you call tech support it says "we are busy call back later." Seriously. What the hell is that? Customer support? Do not use Webserve Canada.

Web Serve Canada has been hosting the web site for my small business for 9 months. My web site has been down twice this month. The first time was for 4 days and now it has been down for 5 days and it's still unavailable. They offer 24/7 live...

Web Serve Canada has been hosting the web site for my small business for 9 months. My web site has been down twice this month. The first time was for 4 days and now it has been down for 5 days and it's still unavailable.

They offer 24/7 live tech support however when you call you get a ticket number and they say someone will get back to you via e-mail within 1 hour to 72 hours.

I received an e-mail shortly after confirming that the server that hosts my site is down and they are working to correct it.

I have been following up with them everyday and I keep getting a generic reply that they are working on it and please be patient.

I AM LOSING BUSINESS BECAUSE OF WEB SERVE CANADA!
