On 4/28 I ordered flowers for Mother’s day. The day after I called to make sure they have the right address on their records. Unfortunately, address was incorrect so I had provided correct delivery address. On 5/6 I had to leave US for a business trip. On Mother’s day I have called my mother to wish her a happy holiday and the flowers were still not delivered. I called 416-florist again and the receptionist assured me that the flowers will be delivered and they are still working on it. I have confirmed delivery address once again and made sure they have my mother’s cell phone number on file. In result, my mother’s flowers were delivered to the wrong address and she never received them. I have called the company again and spoke to the manager Ray who apologized and said that he cannot refund me the money, but he will send a complimentary bouquet to my mother. It has been almost a month and my mother has not received anything. I made multiple calls, but all the managers are on “vacation” constantly, none of my messages have been returned. I have received the worse possible service, I was disrespected as a consumer and I have not received the service I paid for. When I finally reached the agent from the 416-florist, she made it seem as if it was my fault, although I called twice, before the delivery, to make sure that the address is correct. Then the agent said there is nothing she can do and hanged up the phone. I called back again and the same agent put me on hold. I waited for 15 minutes and called back again. Then another woman picked up the phone and introduced herself as a cleaning lady and informed me that there is nobody in the office who can help me. None of the agents I spoke to provided me with their names, their response was “I am not your friend, I don’t want to give you my name”!! All I wanted was to provide my mother with the attention that she deserved, since I wasn’t able to be next to her on that day and it is sad that my effort was useless due to the rudeness and carelessness of 416-florist. I wouldn’t want any other consumer to fall in the same path.
