They took our money and never did any papers. They never returned our calls and disapeared after we paid. ITS A SCAM

elite found us a nanny quickly. took our money, then after 2 months I called to see how things were going only to find out that the nanny was not coming and they knew for over a month but never thought of telling us. They told us not to contact the nanny as they lost contact with her. I thought that was strange. I got a co-worker to call the nanny who spoke her language. We found out that elite asked her for more money and that she had to pay a fee every month on top of that to a lawyer. called Upper canada law society. yup, its illegal!

After 2 years, still no nanny! no refund!

This agency does not fulfill its committments, and then tries to bully its clients into paying for services not rendered. They presented candidate after candidate, none of whom were remotely interested in moving to Canada. Do not let them harass you with their threatening emails. They will not answer phone calls. They will ignore your emails. Yet they will threaten to send your file to a collection agency.

We called Elite Care just about month ago and they were very helpful. I spoke with one of their consultants and they explained me all the hiring process in details. I paid the 1st payment only when few candidates were chosen. Then we interviewed couple of candidates over the phone. There were some nannies who did not like to work for us as we have 4 kids but the agency was very helpful, and kept offering me new candidates every time. At one point we wanted to give up but as the contract was signed and Elite Care was assigned to FIND a nanny no matter what and when, we did not give up.
Then we came across Marias profile from Peru. We liked her a lot and she felt the same. Now the agency is doing all the paperwork and we will have to pay the 2nd payment later. We are very pleased with Elite Care.

We have been riped-off and harassed by this agency. Please be very careful dealing with them. They could not find us a nanny willing to locate to our small northern town -- not that we were too picky, none of their nannies were willing to move. We paid them the first installment (approx. $350) for the consultation fee hoping to cut our losses and be done with them. But they have continued to harass us for more money, and we have never hired a nanny. We will be seeking legal advise over this issue.

I heard only good things about Elite Care. They really care about their clients. Good agency, good testimonials. Actually there are 11 testimonials on the web site.

here you are in a new country and the least u can expect from your agency after paying more than CAD 3000 to them is that they can provide you with a list of others caregivers in your same area so you can contact them and make some friends or at least make an event . This agency is bad bad bad no help no nothing.
