We used Execunannies to place a live-in nanny. Service was scattered and inconsistent as there were 5 points of contact instead of one main contact dealing with us. We completed a profile of what we were looking for in a nanny but continued to be sent candidates who were the complete opposite. Once we selected a candidate and made an offer, service completely plummeted and communication ceased. Seemed like it was all about the money to this company.
