Pioneer just did my front door, and a patio door, looks great, the installer was very nice and helpful, as well as my sales rep, and best of all i got a great price, i shopped around for quite some time and pioneer definitely beat all the competitors!

We had a very large window & smaller one replaced in early August. Whole process very seamless - from initial contact to installation. Workman were wonderful, not a trace of \construction\ after they left. We highly recommend Pioneer Windows and their installation staff are to be commended.

We had some problems - These guys are great if you need to get an adequate job done for cheap. Do not expect high-end detail work. We had some problems with a door that we had installed. Our install was a difficult one but it was their approach that was the real issue. They said, "The door may have to be modified a bit" but the end result was that they drastically reduced the door width by 2 inches without checking with us first. If we knew that this was the case we would have told them to not redo the door. They also used two different types of decorative 1/4 round for each door for no reason. After the job we had to spend around 2 hours to clean up after them as they used no drop cloths and tracked mud throughout our house. When questioned about these details they were rather indignant and said the job was perfect. Overall, we had lots of windows that were installed that we are happy with however the experience left us a bit sour.

Pioneer Windows and doors had a great selection of doors for me to pick from, which i was very impressed with. I wanted something a little different then all my neighbours had, AND Pioneer gave me tons of options they also gave me a great price with the door I chose, and overall they were great.

I just had a front and patio door put in, they both look great, the installer was right on time and did a great job, i had 4 quotes before i chose pioneer they gave me the lowest price and they manufacture the doors so there was no middleman involved, once the job was completed the installer cleaned up so there was no mess left for me. Im really happy with the job, and would like to thank the wonderful staff at pioneer from the sales rep who gave us a great qoute to the installation manager who worked with me to co-ordinate a time that would work for me , to the installer who did the wonderful job with the doors. thank you again Pioneer!

My husband and I were both very happy with our porch enclosure. Our installer was very informative, and did a great job, as well as our sales rep, took very good care of us and contacted us after the job was done to find out how everything went. i have no complaints, pioneer we will be using you again.

great job pioneer did, i had all the windows replaced in my house so it was a big job, but they did a wonderful job, the installers were right on time and cleaned up after themselves, thanks pioneer
