In past, have used dry cleaning company, who caled me every year with their specials.
This year I decided to try something else, since carpet looked worse every year.I found young fellow, Olin from Oakville, Oliva service carpet cleaning. He gave me quote over the phone, seems to quite high compare to what I paid in past, but I decided to giver him a try, since carpet was looking bad, and if this would not help, I would have replaced it next year anyway.
When they cleaned it, I could not believe, carpet got its fresh look, shine,and softness back!
I decided to keep it, not replace it now.

Big thanks Olin and David , you guys are not the cheapest, but it was woth it!

Dear Olin, Just sending this email to let you know that me and my wife were exceptionally happy with the job you did for us, cleaning and sanitizing our carpets. We just took ownership of a resell house in Milton. The previous owners had a cat and a dog. I happen to be allergic to both cats and dogs so upon discovering this, you could only imagine how concerned I must have been. Further to this, we have a new born baby who happens to spend a great deal of her time rolling around on the carpet in our family room. You did a fantastic job deodorizing and cleaning our carpets.
