I was very disappointed in the owner and her level of customer service!
First of all, we created the invited in CS3 and this was fine she told us. Later we find out they did not have this program so we had to convert to a high rez pdf file. (this was a pain because time was an issue)
I provide her with a low rez jpeg proof and a high rez pdf to print from. She presented us with the invite but she commented on how proof look very bad? Well if you knew what you were doing, you would have known to print from the high rez pdf and not the low rez jpeg.
That should have been a clue right away!
Secondly, she would tell us the proof would be complete on this date and it wasn't.
This is fine to be late but please let us know what's going on. I had to call her a few times to fine out it wasn't completed.
Same with the actual invite, she had to get it to us by the Wednesday, I get no call so I call on the Thursday. She promised them for the Saturday. Guess, what? Her employee quits and another employee has problems so she told us to pick them up for the following Tuesday.
I call her to confirm pick up and guess what? She not completed them. She told me for sure they would be completed by later evening and she would leave it in the back mail box for me to pick up. And she will call me to let me know when to pick them up.
I get no call the night and the next day I called her in the morning to find out what is happening?
She called me back as and to tell me she thought I had picked up the invites from the mail box because the mail box was empty in the morning when she got in.
What is she playing at? I told her I was expecting for her call?
So, we get the invites printed a full week after the deadline and I have to say.
Rozanne, people come to you and give you their hard earn dollars. You should give back better service!
I will not go back to the Paper Boutique!

P.S. to this client - your comments are not fair and they are inaccurate- state the truth first! I have no issue with constructive criticism because it helps to grow and improve a business, I do however have an issue with inaccuracy of comments.
The writer failed to mention he wanted invitations WITHIN 3 days!! Our turnaround is one week for samples, 2-3 weeks production time. We did our best to accommodate his order without bumping existing clients whose orders had been placed MONTHS before. He also failed to mention that he had left these till the ABSOLUTE last minute. I explained that we would do our best to accommodate his order but the timing was at our discretion. No high resolution pdf was provided and when completed, the invitations were left in the mailbox and removed when our staff arrived in the morning because they had not yet been picked up. A further inaccuracy, my employee was away, and today still works for me, and another lost a family member - I gave her time off - where is your compassion? Please be accurate when commenting.
