Looking to Purchase a maytag dishwasher after doing my research. Quan's was the best price around. Only draw back was the appliance was sent to the Peterborough Store instead of the Oshawa Store. I could put up with the inconvenience for the tremendous savings.

It is now October 1st. (Now into 4 months) I still do not have my dishwasher. Keep calling, promised calls back, don't get them. Hopefully soon.

Ordered a top of the line dishwasher. Quoted a higher price when I returned for the actual purchase but it did honor the first quote so will give them a plus for this. Told it would be 7 - 10 days before it came in. Now 4 weeks later and still do not have although advised it is ready for delivery. I have purchased from them in the past with no problem. Wonder if it is new management or perhaps issue with supplier. Bottom line is they are not keeping customers happy.

Almost two years ago I purchased 5 appliances from this store. I am still waiting for an issue with a drawer handle to be resolved. Every week Daren promises it is being taken care of, and every week it isn't. Daren never returns phone calls even when he says he will. This store's customer service is terrible and I am so sick and tired of being lied to.
