All I'm getting out of this is what I paid even if it's worth 100 times more. I ordered a working item got home wrecked,,,, they should replace it period. "

"I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone. Be careful when ordering flowers from local merchants in the Ottawa area as this company delivers for many. The flowers smell like smoke, they arrive damaged, the packaging is soaked with water(due to obvious driving skills), the delivery people are rude, impatient and not customer..."
