"I am not impressed with the cold service I received at this store. I am assuming that because I was bringing in repairs and not purchasing expensive jewellery, I was given less than courteous service. When asked for a small box for one of my repairs, I was told I would need to pay an additional $4. This is not a place I would recommend."

He told the sales lady(the owners wife) the chain looks small and the ring will have to be resized once I receive the gifts. She assured him I could get the ring resized at no extra cost and the chain could be returned if it is not suitable...."

I almost lost the diamond after that but took it in and it was sent away to be retipped by Charm. It was gone for quite some time and then once it was back I went in to get it and the diamond had been switched. THey said, oh no that would never happen,..."
