This was a company that performed above and beyond anyone's expectations. Great staff, terrific creativity, motivated to please. And then their corporate masters decided that they were no longer relevant, chopped the head off but firing a visionary leader, and watched the buffoons mismanage this little gem by mismanaging and misdirecting the talented people who really knew what they were doing until the company withered on the vine. Such a shame - another Avro Arrow story here...
