What a horrible company! Don't get me wrong, their service is excellent. I requested an annual service on my furnace. Great job. Very professional. However, my opinion change once I received many phone calls per week "reminding" me for a furnace service. I told them many times I am not interested. Yet they still call. I asked to be removed from their calling list. I still receive calls. It's very annoying. They don't care! I mentioned to the service rep I don't want any more phones call. Yet they still call. Their manager, Tina Simmions, assured me "no more phones calls", but still they come! They behave just like a telemarketing company! They've lost my business for forever! Be warned!
