HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!
I'ts 8:30 Jan 14,2012 and they haven't plowed my driveway.. I had to shovel my own driveway at 11 yesterday night!! no choice . so I'm basically giving Syljack 250 dollars for me to shovel my own snow!! would never recommend this company to anybody.. horrible service!!!!

1st Major storm on Thursday Jan 12th, 2012 ...after many calls by us and our neighbors, ("Really, no one has shown up? - I will have someone come right away" that was 24 hours ago) not one driveway has been cleared. The city has gone by and made it impossible to not have to shovel. It is Saturday and they still have never shown up. I bet next year the majority who are Syljack this year will not be next year. A disgrace...

January 31st 2012... Another big snow fall and once again, after working a 12 hour shift at work, I come home at 9:30PM to find that Syljack has NOT CLEARED MY DRIVEWAY! Not once all day! The city plow passed and there was a huge mound of snow at the bottom of our driveway. I do not know what my wife and I paid $270 for. We paid to have snow removed from our driveway... but the company does not remove the snow! We decided to get snow removal service in the first place because we have a very steep driveway that is extremely difficult to shovel, otherwise I would do it myself. I have never seen anything like this.

Stay away from Syljack!

2012 - 2 big snow falls and today is only the 12th. I paid the contract on time, I've held up my side of the deal - I've never seen them do my driveway this year. They do not live up to their side of the contract and are the most expensive in Pierrefonds. I've left 2 phone messages today and sent 1 e-mail, who wants to bet they never respond to any of them???
Save your money, go with St-Charles!

Please do not go with this company. Very frustrating all what others said is 100% true. Beleive it and avoid the suffering and loss of money....

Always late. Often do not show up and when they finally do its always a quick and dirty job. They NEVER NEVER answer their phone and do not respond to emails either. You're much better hiring one of the smaller local guys one the West island of Montreal.

Today is Jan 12. We have had a handfull of snowfalls. Every time I have had to call. Checks are already long cashed. Phone calls are never answered, plows don't pass..
It has been snowing for 12 hours and not 1 plow has passed. Not 1. AND I have left messages with the company before today, they plowed once in 6 falls.
NEVER NEVER go with this company
I would give a 0 rating but the program wouldn't allow it.

I hired this company for my snow removal but they are always late and at times, don't even show up.
They increase their prices EVERY year and do a lousy job, at best. Many times I had to remove the snow myself in order to get out of my driveway.
When they did come, they damaged part of the cement wall. They promised to repair it but after numerous calls, I never got a call back and am now forced to repair the damage at my own expense.
NEVER again will I hire this company for snow removal. They promise you the world when they want you as a customer, but they never fulfill their
promise (once you've signed on the dotted line).

Worst company we have ever delt with, they never show up when it snows, we have had to call every single time to have someone come and remove the snow!!!! But they were fast enough to cash their cheque!!!! Being 9 months pregnant and not being able to leave my drive way is a very big problem!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AVOID!!!!!
