"Very poor client services with defect on product sold at this shop - Bought a Bonjour Carafe and it crack the first time hot water was poured into it - when returning the product to the shop, the manager argued that the water was probably too hot and refused to reimburse or offer replacement . In addition, the manager was very rude and her attitude..."
