"I bought a Cindy Crawford couch there. When it showed up, it creaked like crazy and the back cushions lost their shape in 2 days. Called for warrenty. It took 2 separate phone calls to customer service just to get a call back from the repair department. They came out to see. Said they would repair and would call back in a couple of days. "The furniture is ok (trendy not quality) but they never deliver it. We waited 5 months for a table before we finally cancelled the order. I guess they're so big they don't even care because they actually suggested we cancel. That's service!"
