"Built a new house and made the mistake of going with wood metal clad windows from all-weather. Lots of problems with the opersting windows. Dust and hair in between the sealed units. They were triple glazed and some came with the grills on the sealed unit closest to the inside and some opposite. No quality control. Latches would always break."
