Do not use this company they will only take your money and will not honor your wishes. I turned down the extra insurance twice yet was still charged it becuase my credit card limit did not allow room for a $1600 deductible if something were to happen. Funny thing is the buggers told me nothing about it and just charged me anyway! Do not use the drop boxes and do NOT use Hertz, I am still battling them through AMA and my credit card company!!!
