"I have been a customer for over 10 years. I complained that they have not met our needs and our major collections were left lingering. When i complained about it, they were very quick to respond (my renewal was due). They proposed a very fair deal, but once signed, we realized they did not deliver what was promised. I've been trying to call/email them..."

"They suck so bad they need another name to fall back on. They take your money, send a few letters if they don't first lose the file, and it doesn't matter how much it's for! Useless Collection Agency. Save your money and take a course on Small Claims Collection. That's what we did, best decision we ever made."
