"At 7:00 not a busy slot but it took me 15 minutes to get my hot chocolate and latte. It's just me and my daughter, no line-up. I asked the manager why it's take too long and his reply was " I takes 3 minutes to make a latte and you order 2 drinks that's 6 minutes and besides there is a long line on the drive-thru". then he just turned..."
