"I am a francophone individual and English is my second laguage, I was in drive thru and tried to order in french (Sudbury is one of 2 fully bilingual cities in ontario) and I was instructed that they had a "RULE" that they did not take any french orders, and then the crew member shut of the microphone, I was insulted, I never will return to this..."

"This has to be the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. From the time I order (drive-thru) to the time I receive my order, I'm often waiting literally over 20 minutes. This is just for a cheeseburger or two most of the time. They're the only place open past 11 pm for quite a ways and they know it, I'm thinking this has something to do..."
