"Most of the staff are very knowledgeable, but some (including some at the back desk and some in the cabinets area) do not know what they are talking about (and will guess incorrectly rather than admit they do not know). They also have a very rigid return policy - no receipt, no return - even if they stock the item and even for just a store credit...."
