"I was caught by Bell and telephone sales offer - Sept 2009 / for satellite tv, internet and phone - they over billed me, have never sent an understandable invoice, finally corrected the net (still not understandable) and are now overbilling me agian having removed all discounts which were supposed to be the duration of the account. The internet works but..."

"rogers are the biggest con artists in the world they over charged me 1400 and they say i owe them 800 lol one bill i got, they charged me 5 times for the same call to europe people watch out 600 dollar cable bills a month isnt funny"
