"Poor quality. It even took one full week before a technician could come & repair the internet. The operators do not care and offers no apology for screwed up appts. More training is definetly needed for better quality."

"I've been with Broadconnect for 2 years now and I've had no service issues to date. I would give them 5 stars but they are only getting 4 due to the fact I feel their 1800# pricing is a bit to high. They did however, scale it down because my call volume was high. Thanks! "
