"Try to reach a manager after they ruin your ticket by changing your name. Rent a car and they will mess that up too. Find out once you get there! Anyway, when you call to speak to a manager, you will be blocked and told you cannot get through to the person that has screwed it up. You^ll even get a personal medical excuse-OK but at least get someone else..."
