"My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Segar. We enjoyed every second of the meal. From the flavour of the food to the detailed explanations of the cooking techniques and the ingredients from the maitre d/waiter; everything was perfect. "Went there tonight. Food was perfect. Even the steak my sister-in-law ordered was great and her steak is never good on the first try (rarely even on the second try).
