I called a few place for price quotes and getting to "know" the business and the person. Glen had the best price, the knowledge, the part in stock and the courtesy towards a customer on the phone. When I arrived, he was working on another car. He assure me that the part is ready in stock and it would be quick. He took my car in the garage. His assistant washed the roof and the area surround the windshield. He prepped the car for the removal of the windshield. He explained that the wavy plastic on the outside of the windshield at the base of the glass was there BEFORE he removed the broken windshield, and that was normal for all cars. That is communications. They are friendly and skillful. Everything that was on the broken windshield was transferred to the new one with care. They looked like they've always been there. His price and his service are best value for the money. I highly recommend you to call him when you need auto glass services. I certain will come back when the occasion arises.
