I've gone to cyclesolutions for years, on and off. Always got good advice, help and what I needed. No rip-off, justa bunch of bike guys doing a good job.
I'll definitely keep going there.

I have been dealing with Cycle Solutions for the past five years. I have always been more than happy with the service I have received. Last season when I was looking for a specific touring model. The sales staff located the bike I was after from another shop, (niagara region)
and had it sent to me!!! In my opinion over and above what's required of them.

I have never met the guy who is off his meds, or the jerk off that Annabell ????
speaks of. Perhaps they've been fired? Or most likely Annabell doesn't exist and is
really a cowardly man hiding behind a fake internet ID!!!!

i'm only giving them a half star cause it was a mandatory field. they deserve than 0 stars.
was treated very rudely there by a guy who was possibly off his meds or coming down from a cokaine binge. perhaps cause i am female he thought he had license to be rude. even though we have spent a lot of money at his shop. a lot...he was still a complete jerk.
won't even bother writing about the situation, it is so daft. very immature, and not customer friendly at all. i guess they must be rich and not care if they sell any $5000 bikes or make any money on tune ups. i actually feel sorry for this guy, his life must really suck for him to be such a jerk off.
