all I could say is UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn't purchase anything other then a bird cage veil and a bridal garter, but I found tha staff to be rude and charge us extra on top of the sale pric. Luckily I put the sales agent in place and told her off. However it was so unprofessional overall and messy looking. The bridesmaid dresses def looked cheap. Firenzia you need to review your management staff and I don't understand how you do your hiring process. These broads don't have no CS experience at all. There are so many negative comments on this blog it should tell you somethin. Firenzia needs a major makeover.

Absolutely terrible business ethics! I’m not surprised how many negative reviews we found after we had our experience at Firenzia.

Cousin & I went there for her wedding dress fitting and not only the alteration was not what we had specifically requested, they wanted to charge us extra for further alteration for making it “right”!! it was absolutely absurd! They’re such money driven bunch & would create situations where you are under circumstance that you have to pay more! We were so upset & they just don’t care at all other than making excuses on why the fit isn’t right & why we gotta pay even more!

After our encounter with Firenzia, we came back & googled reviews & found so many negative feedbacks. Only if we knew ahead of time we would have saved ourselves of such a terrible experience! to encounter such experience when it comes to wedding planning is really upsetting.

I got my prom dress from there a few years ago. I remember great service and helpful assistance. I don't know what it's like now, but I had a good experience.
