This place has really unprofessional people working in it. Dealing with brides you have to have some type of positive attitude. All my orders were mixed up and to top it off they said that maybe my dresses would not arrive on time for the wedding, but when we ordered it she said otherwise. No sense of whats going on and has no clue as to how to deal with customers. The manager was very dumb and rude at times, she got corrected for her idiotic behaviour and I would never recommend this place to anyone because I would not want anyone ever having more stress added to their lives!!!!!!

all I could say is UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn't purchase anything other then a bird cage veil and a bridal garter, but I found tha staff to be rude and charge us extra on top of the sale pric. Luckily I put the sales agent in place and told her off. However it was so unprofessional overall and messy looking. The bridesmaid dresses def looked cheap. Firenzia you need to review your management staff and I don't understand how you do your hiring process. These broads don't have no CS experience at all. There are so many negative comments on this blog it should tell you somethin. Firenzia needs a major makeover.

Cousin & I went there for her wedding dress fitting and not only the alteration was not what we had specifically requested, they wanted to charge us extra for further alteration for making it “right”!! it was absolutely absurd! They’re such money driven bunch & would create situations where you are under circumstance that you have to pay more! We were so upset & they just don’t care at all other than making excuses on why the fit isn’t right & why we gotta pay even more!

After our encounter with Firenzia, we came back & googled reviews & found so many negative feedbacks. Only if we knew ahead of time we would have saved ourselves of such a terrible experience! to encounter such experience when it comes to wedding planning is really upsetting.

I got my prom dress from there a few years ago. I remember great service and helpful assistance. I don't know what it's like now, but I had a good experience.

my experience with Firenzia-City of Brides was absolutely excellent!! During my first visit the store was quite busy and hectic and although the sales representative were very very helpful. It's been over years, they still remember my name and my dress(how many of you went to a store the sales representative they remember your name I would say NONE) when I bought my sister in law back for her dress. Now that my wedding day has past and I think back, it is a very stressfull time, but relax and enjoy planning your wedding not make yourself go "NUTS".

I would NEVER come here again and trust me, my large network of friends will hear about this. I just wish I would have checked online for all the bad reviews before deciding to shop here.

They are late (common theme), mis-inform customers and then try to insist that the customer is mistaken, charge people extra for things they don't even hold up too.

Management issues = bad customer service and a horrible shopping experience.

If I were richer, I would have lost the deposit just to spite them and told them that I don't want the dress.

They purposefully are mean with their comments and actions (refusing to accept debit, even if it says they do on their paperwork). It's the principle!

My veil is a fake Alfred Sung. No refunds obviously. Mine has glue and the original was stitching with nice lace. Made them return it 3 times and they kept saying we don't normally do this. Stuck with a decent one but not the Alfred Sung I ordered. Of course, the original on the floor now is not there.

My dress was late even though I paid the extra rush fee. I was supposed to get my dress 5-7 weeks before the wedding and I got it 3 weeks before. I called them and they said another 2 weeks to go. I asked them is my dress even made and they said yes. Then where are they shipping from that it takes 2 weeks??? Use the rush order money to ship it faster!! I still had to get the dress resized because initially I was going to get it through the the manufacturer but after they put the request it they said that they don't do that size anymore. If they had known that before I wouldn't have had to pay the rush order because it would have been enough time.

Go somewhere else as the service is horrible and the prices may be cheaper but it is not worth the service. Also my friend got her dress 1 month late too. It seems to be a recurring trend here.

We ordered our brides maid dresses in february for a June wedding, they promised us that the dresses would be ready 4-5 weeks before the wedding which would give us ample time to alter them if need be... Well, the dresses didnt arrive until 2 weeks before the wedding and one of them was defected, The Lady wanted us to return the dress to the manufacturer, given the time frame (we would not have received them in time for the wedding) but she kept pushing for us to return the defected dress. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVERY HAD... IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT GO THERE, the quality of the dresses is worse than something you can get at walmart... The girls who work there have horrible customer service skills they were rude in person and on the phone.. We have had nothing but problems with them from the beginning. They also make sure that the dress comes back too long so that they can get the alteration business... I would never use this company ever again and will never recommend them to anyone.

My sister got her wedding dress here. The sales staff for the most part were b$%^#es (besides one). They were intrusive, and made derogatory comments about our selections when not asked. The bridesmaid dresses were all cheep looking but expensive. Can do better just shopping at a department store. They tried to charge us a rush charge which we later found out from another sales associate was not applicable because we had ample time to receive the garments. If it were my choice, I (and the rest of the wedding party) would have shopped somewhere else. It was a schockingly crappy experience.

My fiance and I have had nothing but problems with Firenzia.

Terrible service, late deliveries, mis-information - the works.

There is much better out there, do your homework and skip this place.
