I am a very unhappy customer about the service provided at one of your franchise locations. I rented a car on 1085 Bay Street Toronto, Canada. The overall experience was unpleasant. The staff cannot speak proper English. Instead of explaining things clearly, he rushed to the contract part. Before I signed the contract, I kept asking him about how much it was going to cost. However, he kept speaking on the phone and doing his own thing. After the contract was signed, I asked him one last time, I found out that the total was 3 times what I had heard over the phone call. I suggest that no one rents from this place as there is too much ambiguity and risk of ruining your vacation.
