I had two failed contractors and as a last resort and without a referral found Alliance Floor Source through HomeStars. They had a large selection of quality hardwood in various price points. I needed specialized underpad due to condo restriction and this was ordered and delivered the next day. The folks from Alliance were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The rug and underlay and other waste was disposed of efficiently and concrete poured and levelled same day. The hardwood was installed in less than a day and my floor was swept clean. I have a few minor issues which I know will be resolved to my satisfaction. The result was outstanding.

Lehel and Timea are wonderful to work with. Upfront, knowledgeable and honest, they are great at answering questions with patience and humour. We had a $4,500 job done which could have easily cost twice as much had they not been professional and trustworthy. And the work was done, quickly, cleanly and with good value for the money.

We visited the store 2-3 times before we settled on our choice and never felt like we were asking too much. Lehel might joke about anything you are talking about but he doesn't joke about his service. We encountered a few bugs during installation (renovating older homes is never easy) but they were all dealt with professionaly and until we were satisfied. Pricing was competitive for the level of quality and service....never once did I find myself ''trying to reach him''....Timea or Lehel always answer quickly.
