I've never used this guys service before but judging by his driving mannerism, I wouldn't give him the time of day. I've never seen a more impatient person in my life. I saw him driving aggresively and totally out of control down today leaning on his horn the whole time, swaying in and out of the lanes and tail-gating with no personal regard for anyone's safety. He was hollering out the window the whole time and pounding on his steering while. I wouldn't be surprised if he was drunk because I've never witnessed such behaviour before. If it wasn't for another car who blocked him, he would have even passed right through a cross walk while a person was crossing! And for his thanks?? He gave the guy the finger!! Talk about road rage. Is this the kind of guy you want in your home??? I think not!! Complete moron ...

Twice no show. First time, offered excuses, second time, after confirming the day before, AGAIN, no show.
I used them two years ago and was fairly (I say fairly, because they did not get one particular stain out, which we did later with regular store bought carpet cleaner) satisfied with the work, hence why I gave them a second chance.
Unless he comes to do the work for free, they are not getting a third chance.
