"We had more than enough food for 50 people and we were only 23 and I tell you not a morsel of chicken or salmon or veggies was left! People said it was the best chicken & salmon they had ever tasted. They all and I mean ALL went back for seconds and FILLED their plates. The Chef did an incredible job grilling, was on time, was beyond professional...and the presentation was lovely. He came with his own chef knives and had the two staff members all working, assembling etc. He was awesome!

We tipped him for one full hour of work because he was that phenomenal!
