OH MY GOD! I cheked out the link that you provided. I'm shocked!
I've been to the Kool Haus twice and I have never seen anyone beaten up or thrown out. The bouncers were very nice to me when I was in line with my boyfiend to get our wrist bands.. and when we were outside in the smoking section.. everything was cool.
I went to see Good Charlotte @ the Guvernment last October when I was in TO. The person I dealt with on the phone/as well as via email was positively evil to deal with!
However, @ the venue, the staff was very pleasant to deal with.
But, after dealing with the girl on the phone (Pretty sure her name was Michelle), I'd be pretty hesitant to go back there, especially after what I read in the link provided by Phlegmatic.
