We found the staff at Atlantis to be extremely difficult to deal with, incompetent and unwilling to assist or show any amount of flexibility whatsoever.
Anything that was promised to us, but that the staff did not put in writing, was immediately recanted upon by management. Extra fees were abundent. Even when we did manage to reduce some of our terms in writing, they were not abided by on the day of our wedding - we did not have set up done in time, the person we had been dealing with all along did not show up at all and left soemone in charge who had no idea about our schedule, some of the items we paid for and had in our contract (i.e. an usher at the front door) were not provided.
The facility's response to our concerns throughout the planning was non-existant and condescending.
As a relatively calm bride, every encouter with the management at this facility had me on edge. I shed many tears of frustration over my choice to hold an event at this location!
Had I know, I would have chosen somewhere else to avoid the headaches! The view is not worth the price that Atlantis makes their clients pay in terms of terrible, terrible customer service.
Are you seriously feeling the need to review this particular location and the feel that you have the right to comment because what you saw on TV? FYI...TV is edited and I do believe that you providing a 5* review on this particular location does not help anyone. Believe me, I am a wedding planner and my teacher was one of the Wedding Planners of Rich Bride Poor Bride and what you see on TV is heavily edited. I suggest that you only comment on what you have actually experienced!
