Toronto Fence did a great job on our fence. will use them again.

I contacted them in the beginning of July (2010) and scheduled an estimate. Alex said he will come July 15. He came and gave good price. I have read a lot of positive reviews about them on the internet so I agreed to wait till the end of July for them to complete the job. Starting July 25 I have started to call and email Alex in order to find out the exact date he will start, I left him about 5 voice mail messages and 5 emails. He did not contacted me back. On August 13 he finally picked up the phone. On my angry questions he replied that his drilling machine was broken, so he did not called back to not to lose customers (strange reason for not calling back though). He said also that his machine is ready now, and he can start next Wednesday. Tuesday I called him 4pm, he was not sure if he is coming tomorrow because as he explained, water pipe city guys did not called him back and the office is now closed. I called him again in the evening and he said, that because of that he for sure will come Thursday, August 19 around 10:30am. I took day off and stayed home. At 9:30am I called him again and he confirmed he is coming. I have removed the old chain-link-fence then. At 11:30am I called him but he did not picked up, I left him a message. Then I called every hour but he did not showed up and did not called back. The following Morning I called him again (just to find out what happened). He picked up but as soon as he recognized me he dropped the call. As I called again he quickly said his phone line is cut and hang up again. I kept calling him few times but he hang up without a word. Once he left the phone on and I could hear how he is talking to somebody else (so the phone line was OK) but he did not say a word to me.
