This place isn't great. Went to do an IPL and they did not take the time to do my whole face. Just the nose and cheek. Was done in 5 minutes. I didn't like the fact I had to ask them to do certain parts of my face because they forgot, and then they still forgot to do the rest of my face. I definitely would not go back. Also when I booked my appointment the first time they said I can do my consultation and treatment on the same day. When I went they said I can not do my treatment on the same day because of policy, so I wasted my time driving there again to do the treatment. I had a living social deal coupon so of course I would have to go back and use my deal. I think they didn't want to do the session because I said I forgot to bring my wallet to pay for the 16 dollars taxes, which i didn't know you had to pay for living livingsocialdeals coupon. They didn't give a receipt for that so I think that is scam to get extra money off people. Anyhow, I booked an appointment for my mom (I bought the deal for her too) and she was able to do consultation and treatment on the same day. Ha, caught their stupid lie. It as the owner that lied too. The old lady,forgot her name.
Anyhow, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you want permanent damage on your face and no results...this is the right place!!!!If i was smarter i was gonna pay more and go to better place.I got no results after 7 treatments and also permanent damage on my upper lip. How am I gonna fix my face now….nom idea!!Be smart and be careful where you go for a laser treatments.

Results were not as I had expected after having read many reviews on photofacials. Every review I had read about photofaciaks showed positive reviews in the first treatment. I didn't have any results, and I dont have a lot of freckles. They are light and they wanted me to do 6 sessions. Did only 3 and I can say it wasn't worth it. Also, they didn't take the time to do the whole face, only parts that they thought were necessary. Also the place is not that nice and the owners are not very honest people. I would not recommend this place to anybody. They are not friendly either.

IMD laser clinic's IP has been flagged by many websites as having posted reviews for the clinic under the disguise of patients. So dont be fooled by the rave reviews you read. I have been there and seen first hand their lack of knowledge and money-hungry tactics. In the case of this clinic, everyone seeking laser hair removal is too poor to be cheap! You are better off paying more per treatment somewhere else because you will need less treatments to see results.

Totally disappointment! Laser technician didn’t know how answer to most of my question. After 2 treatments all my hair came back. It was total west of my time and money..

IMD Laser Clinic is AMAZING!!! It has amazing services and amazing doctors! The clinic made me feel like i was right at home. When i finished my treatment i looked 20 years younger!!!! I was just amazed!!
