We were told that everything we asked for wouldn't be a problem to complete, but when the contractor came over he had no idea how to do anything, and at one point he said "you should have a professional do this job."
These people are clearly not professionals.

These guys are quick to respond to an estimate call, but then it's downhill from there. They show up several hours late for the job, and the quality of their work is downright shoddy and requires re-work. I do not recommend whatsoever, unless you have cash to burn.
