"In mid-2007 I received a flyer from PC Insurance offering the most competive insurance rates in the market and what attracted me the most was a "dissapearing deductible" that every yr without a claim your deductible would be reduced by $200....following yr, I get an increase of approx 25%..They blamed it on everyone else's claims in my area...."
