I was grateful to have worked with him on a complicated piece of jewelry art. I found comfort in feeling that he had done my jewelry piece with his heart and that he had gone the extra mile to put a smile on my face. I only have good things to say about Varouj Fine Jewellery. The ring I bought for my girl friend was too big so I went to Varouj to resize it. I had bought the ring elsewhere. He took his time and made sure I was aware of every detail about the ring and the diamonds. Since the work is done in house it was completed the same day and fast as well. I guess you cant expect anything less from Canada's best. I will definitely go back to Varouj for our wedding rings and other jewellery because his designs are second to none.

Varouj has been in the fine jewellery business for over 40 years, and it shows. His store is populated with absolutely the most wonderful collection of exquisite designs I've ever laid my eyes on. It's easy to see why Wayne Gretzky went out of his way to have Varouj make his famous "99" cufflinks. Spectacular.

I took a broken chain and an oversized ring in for some work. Varouj had his staff beefed up the failing clasp on my chain with a new lobster-claw style clasp - looks great and it's much stronger than it was. Next, I had a diamond ring resized smaller. When I picked the ring up and tried it on, it was apparent that they had buffed and shined the ring because it made the other ring on my hand look bad. Varouj had a remedy for that! He had the staff take my other ring and buff that up too - no charge. Nice!

I thought it would take weeks to get this work done. Wrong! Dropped it off on a Friday, picked everything up on the following Tuesday.
