I love going to TIPS because I am never rushed. Leeanne & her staff are friendly and provide a great atmosphere for when you want to get primped and pampered. You certainly don't feel like you are part of an assembly line and are being rushed so that they can tend to the next customer. A great experience. I would definitely recommend!!!
