I had my haircut by Suha and it's the first time that I can actually style my own hair. Thanks Suha your the best!!!!!

I had booked my appointment last tuesday for a cut and a colour.i reached there at quarter past 3.it took almost 5.30 hrs for just the colour and the cut.first lisa cut my hair and then the most horible time started.i asked her to dye my hair to chocolate brown,and after an hour it turned out to be dull black with shades of my previous colour.She then bleach my hairs,that was the worst part is that i wasnot aware of that.she applied bleach for almost an hour.it damaged my hair so badly.Above all there were still patches of different colours.so i asked her to dye it black because at that time i fully become aware of her dyeing skills.i went there for rich chocolate brown and ended up with jet black.She charged me 210 dollars for the colour and the cut.i still give some credit to lisa for the cut but for colouring she is very bad.In person lisa is very patient girl.will never go back to Afif salon.

  For the record, this client arrived at our salon and was given a complete and thorough consultation. She asked for her hair colour to be as dark as her natural hair, only richer. This was done, at which point she asked for the hair colour to be lighter. She ADMITTED that she did originally ask for this during the consultation and had simply changed her mind midway through the service. Bleach was never applied to her hair, a colour cleanse was. As she was preparing to have the new 'lighter color' applied, after the colour cleanse, she then asked for her hair to be coloured black. She was fortunate that she only paid $210 because she was told at the time that the services rendered would have cost over $300 but thanks to Lisa's patience and generosity this client was charged only for the product used during the correction of the colour. As professionals, we are familiar with these types of stunts, and would rather that clients such as these do not return to our chairs:)
