That said, when we are sending out many orders (especially during the holiday rush), there is the very rare chance that a sample will accidently be missing from one parcel. I am very happy that I purchased from SexShop.ca. The selection was great, I found exactly what I was looking for and it arrived in the mail very quickly. When we need another toy or something special for the bedroom I will definitely check here first.

Absolute clowns. I honestly don't see how it's got such great reviews with such poor service. I originally placed an order with them and they told me they couldn't ship but would not tell me why. After requesting a refund they refused, kept the money and I did...

    Very confused?

    We don't have any record of an order issue that matches this claim. Generally speaking, we would only decline to ship an order if there was a major problem (like a fraudulent credit card transaction or something else of that magnitude) and if we can't ship an order, we would definitely cancel and refund the payment. Are you sure that you purchased from us and not from a different website?
