"very very good customer service. The cabs usually come to my house in under ten minutes. they accomodated the use of my credit card. while diomond company couldnt even answer my questions on the phone about my credit card. I would use Beck again. "

"Talked to a female named sophie who sounded drunk or high. Had an associate go up to speak to a manager who was getting drunk with what looked like a dispatch area. I can only say that if everyone is trashed inside the facility i can only imagine yheir drivers are the same. Dont use them. They should do drug and alchol tests om their staff. Horrible..."
