My car was parked in the underground parking, daughter had lost the only set of keys for my vehicle. I had three different tow companies come to attempt the tow all three gave the same excuse, due to the car parked too close to the pole it was impossible. Almost giving up, had finish speaking to the GM dealership and recommended me to use JP. Before the driver showed I made sure JP understood my situation. The driver amazingly managed to take it out, mind you it took alot of effort and special equipment they brought but no damage was done and towed to the dealership. I´m not speaking on all the drivers behalf only used them once, but when I´m in need there´s no hesitation I´ll be using JP.

Never leave the impound lot without thoroughly checking your car. JP Towing cracked my oil pan and I didn't notice the oil leak until the next day. They won't do anything because I left the lot......though they would probably not do anything even if I noticed the leak on their lot. They also hit my muffler, but it was only a little loose. Do not choose this company, look elsewhere for your towing needs. Careless, careless, careless.

I was recently in my first accident and i was helped out by JP Towing. They helped point me in the proper direction and explained the procedures i would have to go through about contacting insurance and all that, the driver was very comforting and helped me get through through this rough time. All in all considering the circumstance it was a good experience with this company and i would be using them again if need be.

They scratched up my car! horrible towing service stay away.. they also contract out to Toronto Parking Authority stay away from these guys.
