WARNING!! Klondike makes promises they can't deliver on. we hired Klondike for a renovation on our home and after promising to finish our project in 6 months we ended up having to fire them. their workers dont care, and their management just wants to blame the customer for everything. when it comes to home renovations go elsewhere.

Klondike has done work on my home for years. Our relationship started with a simple gutter cleaning back in 2000. When we decided to renovate our kitchen and bathroom, they were the obvious choice. Their trades were professional and our designer/project manager kept us abreast of all changes and had all sorts of solutions for our design problem. I love my kitchen and my bathroom is the most serene bathrooms I've ever seen. The job was completed just 2 years ago and I continue to hear compliments from guests. Thank you Klondike and no I guess you can't please everyone but certainly give them a chance to correct any wrong doings!

Sorry about that comment on Klondike, we used them and had just the opposite experience. Large reno, did an amazing job... would highly recomend them. Hmmm, guess it is hard to please everyone...

We hired Klondike for a renovation project which was scheduled to be completed in four months. The project dragged on for ten months and was an absolute nightmare. I have great concerns (expressed to both Better Business Bureau and Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association) as to the questionable practices of this company.
