I went to the West Van location and was pleasantly surprized. The receptionist that made the appoinment was unfriendly and almost seemed bothered that I phoned. Made the appointment as I had a coupon. I went for the lipolaser treatments.

Not a great looking office, but ok. However, where this gets the 4 stars is the wonderful girl they had working there. Very knowledgable, sweet, accomodating, truly a gem. Helped me with diet and nutrition tips as well. So far have lost 3 1/2" on my stomach!! Wonderful service, makes me think I am a celebrity I get so pampered. Have been downtown for Laser treatments to the main clinic, but prefer the girl in West Van.

I have enjoyed the service of Laserium, its services and people. They are accomodating and are well served with the products and treatments. Worth the time and money.
